The Land Use and Inspectional Services departments are open for remote service and are available to assist residents during regular business hours. While not physically in the office, staff is available to field any questions and to process all required work via email or voicemail.Your voicemail will be returned promptly.

- Please note that the majority of the Land Use Department records are stored off site. Files can typically be retrieved upon request within 24 to 48 hours, and we recommend you call ahead at 508-497-9745 to be placed on our property file retrieval list.
- We will contact you as soon as the file is available for review at the Land Use Department at Town Hall.
