Hopkinton unveils newly refreshed website

Town Manager Norman Khumalo and Director of IT Josh Grossetti are pleased to announce the launch of Hopkinton’s refreshed website.
Hopkinton solicited input from residents and employees to help inform decision making about the refreshed site. This feedback played a critical role in the design and structure of the new website. Hopkinton’s Senior Leadership Team also weighed in on the design. They worked with the IT department to update information and pages within the site.
The refreshed website features a reorganized and simpler menu, making it easier for visitors to find what they’re looking for. “We are happy with the new look and feel of the site, and hope residents enjoy the streamlined top navigation menu. We have heard from folks that previewed the refreshed site, and have referred to it as happy, alive, simple, and inviting,” Town Manager Khumao said.
The quick links section was updated. Site analytics were used to determine the most visited pages and primary reasons people visit the site.
Additionally, the news section was completely redesigned to provide a simplified layout. “This was one feature of the site where we heard from residents that we could make a big improvement. We took that feedback and wanted to provide an experience that was simpler to navigate and more straightforward. We hope residents will enjoy this new layout,” IT Director Grossetti said.
