Pound
Pound is the first cardio jam session sponsored by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Since March of 2019 the Senior Center has offered Pound on Wednesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. The class is taught by Rebecca Tredeau who will inspire you to "rock out" in a fun environment. The cost of the class is $5.00 (drop-in) or pay for the month at $3.00 per class. Preference is given to those aged 55+. We welcome you to come and try a class for free! Pound picture
