BLS for Healthcare Providers: offered during even numbered months (February, April, June, August, October, December)
This course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in- and out- of hospital settings. This audience includes nurses, physicians, EMS professionals, students in a healthcare program at a university/college, allied health professionals (physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, etc.) and others who many need training in basic life support skills.
Heartsaver CPR/AED: offered during odd numbered months (January, March, May, July, September, November)
This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements.
All classes will begin at 4pm in the Fire Department Training Room. Please utilize the public entrance at the rear of the building.
