The Office of the Town Clerk asks Boards and Committees to utilize theMeeting Notice Template located on our forms page. For added convenience, we have also provided an online form.

If not using the online form, Meeting Notices may be emailed to notices@hopkintonma.gov and meeting room reservations requests may be made in person or sent to meetingrooms@hopkintonma.gov.
