Library Board of Trustees

The Hopkinton Public Library’s Board of Trustees is a five-member elected board responsible for overseeing the library for the benefit of the community.  Working closely with the library director, members are responsible for establishing library policies and plans, determining the final budget and conducting public relations. The board meets on the third Thursday, from September through June.

Meetings are held at 7 p .m. in Town Hall. Check the first-floor bulletin board or Meeting Calendar  for the location and agenda.

Two non-profit organizations also support the Hopkinton Public Library. 

The Friends of the Hopkinton Public Library is a group of citizens who actively support and promote the library through advocacy, program planning, volunteer services, and fundraising. Learn more at: http://hopkintonlibraryfriends.org

The Hopkinton Public Library Foundation (HPFL) is a non-profit organization founded to raise private funds for the restoration, expansion and state-of-the-art renovation of the Hopkinton Public Library.
