Due to the burst water pipe and associated flooding that occurred on April 11, 2017, Hopkinton Town Hall is closed.   

The Board of Health, Town Manager's Office , Land Use & Planning Depts are Temporary located at 73 Main Street (Fire Station) 2nd floor and are open to the public on a regular schedule.   Please enter through the back of the building. 

  • We are able to retrieve property files within a 24-48 hour time frame
  • Please call ahead to be placed on our Property Retrieval List at (508) 497-9725
  • Once we obtain your file we will call you to come in and review it  

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding while we transition to our new locations and work out the logistics of recovering our files and equipment.

The Board of Health requests that anyone wishing to view a property file to please call our office at (508) 497-9725 24-48 hrs before coming in to view it.   

PLEASE NOTE:  Our office will hold your file for 7 days then it will be returned back to our archives. 

This step will assist our staff to retrieve the file from our archives in a timely manner.
