2013 Seasonal Flu Clinics by the Hopkinton Board of Health through Century Health Systems will be held on October 10,
2013 at the Town Hall (lower level), 18 Main Street and on November 4, 2013 at the Senior Center which is located at 28
Mayhew Street, Hopkinton, MA. These will be the only clinics the Board of Health holds this season. These Clinics are for
Hopkinton Residents 19 years of age or older.

A limited amount of vaccine is available so please pre-register for either clinic that you will be attending. You may obtain
the Influenza Questionaire and Consent Form by contacting the Board of Health at (508) 497-9725. The clinic will utilize the
inactive influenza vaccine, or the flu shot which is injected into the muscle.

Influenza can occur at any time but most often occurs from November through May. In reason seasons, most infections
have occurred in January and February. Adults and older children need one dose of influenza vaccine each year.

Should you become ill with the flu please be considerate of others. Stay home if you have a fever, cough or sore throat.
Clean your hands often during the day, especially after coughing or sneezing. Always cover your cough/sneeze with a tissue
or your sleeve and discard used tissue in a waste basket.

Thank you for your cooperation. Please call the Board of Health Office if you have any questions.
