Health Services (Board of Health)

The Health Services Department, under the guidance of the Board of Health, promotes and protects the health and wellness of residents, employees, and visitors. This is accomplished through developing and implementing programs focused on disease surveillance and prevention, environmental health inspections, health promotion, education, and outreach.  Through the enforcement of federal, state, and local statutes and regulations, we strive to protect and preserve the health of the community and the environment.
